I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

For me, it's been lack of direct experience in the specific work I want to move into. I wouldn't call it so much a challenge (I'm an eternal optimist, after all!), but it has impacted the kind of pay it looks like I'm qualified for. But it won't be this way forever. Ask me again in a year. LOL
The biggest challenge to getting hired for a dream tech job can vary, but common factors include high competition, salary negotiations, and lack of experience or specific technical skills.
Currently, I'd say the biggest challenge is competition. Especially with so many tech companies doing layoffs. There are so many applicants vying for the same openings, it's really challenging to stand out.
Its a bit of luck, but had to slog for years before I got calls from Meta, Amazon and Microsoft. Built skills over a decade to make myself more employable
Competition for sure!
I did land my dream job at Meta last year! I was soo excited to join Facebook after all these years of wanting to land a recruiting job there but little did I know I was boarding the Titanic 🛳️ and got laid off in November!!! Now I’m trying to swim to shore in uncertain waters with no call backs and 1500 people applying to one job posting!!! Are there even any tech companies hiring at this point?!?
Well my dream role was at Apple but they told me I’d be a better fit at Google so maybe it’s just… my personality?
