For those at Accenture: What would you say is the biggest difference between a Senior Analyst and a Consultant at AFS? Is it more about leading workstreams, owning client relationships, reviewing deliverables, or something else?

As a Consultant, are you typically leading workstreams and reviewing others’ deliverables, or are you primarily responsible for your own body of work? Or is it really just team/project dependent? Maybe I’m stressing too much about levels.

I am planning to shift to Data Analyst/Data scientist role. Right now i work for a project where I'm a software eng & we have to maintain our application on C++ code. It is more like support/dev and unit testing combined. Coding is hardly involved and my hold on DS is weak so not sure if I'll be able to crack technical interviews for C++ dev or anything similar.

Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

My doubt is till now I didn't received any mail from infosys. So this is scam or part of infosys interview process?

Junior associate here (2L). Got some ‘constructive feedback’ from a 4L. We went over budget on a matter, and 4L thinks it has something to do with my inefficient delegation to 0Ls (and not the all the out of scope work the client asked us to do but doesn’t want to pay for...). Delegated tasks included basic grunt work like splitting out documents, preparing execution versions and other low-level tasks. 4L asked me to check with them before I delegate anything in the future. Thoughts?

Last night, I got a nastygram from a client who basically wanted to forego due diligence in a major buyout we’re helping him with. “Stop requesting documents and just draft me my docs.” But we literally don’t know who owns what right now, terrible corporate records. The pay is more than I’ve ever made & team seems great.
