Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.
I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.
Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.

It is generally between 3-5%, but can go higher if you came in low
The hard sad truth is if you want more than 5%, don't wait. Get another offer and take it for 20%+ increase or if you like your current agency use the offer to get a match in your existing role. If money is a big factor in your career those are the paths to take, not waiting for a merit based raise. Of course once you get to a certain level it's a bit different because your team's accomplishments (awards, new business wins, growing the account) can be leverage for bonuses and bigger raises. Good luck!
The key is the word 'merit'. Depends on performance. Tends to be between 1-10%. Assuming your review is at the same time (and/or you have a manager who gives frequent input), you should know where you stand there.
I'm waiting to see what that is, if I'm offered it.
Are your asking merit based or inflation adjustment? Also, that depends on your level and merit level (I.e. annual review)
Agree that an on target rating is usually 3-5%
But yeah, not especially substantial
Inflation 1-3%, raise 3-10%. There's too many factors involved so it's about first evaluating your performance and whether you can easily communicate why you deserve X amount.
