For those of you who have or had a nanny and did not use a personal connection to find them, how did you find your nanny? My wife and I are in need of a part-time nanny for a newborn starting in a few months, and I don’t know where to start looking. We have not used a nanny before. Price is not much of an issue, and we think we need part-time, not full time (unsure right now what part-time means exactly, but let’s assume 20 hrs/week). Thanks for any advice and/or suggestions.

Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers. What do y’all think?

The biggest thing I keep running and running around my head- after 8 months, why did he drop me? When he texted ending it l….it wasn’t me, like we weren’t us, his words were from someone else, like I didn’t matter. She went to the US Embassay in Athens knowing she had a month left of traveling, and gave her an emergency passport and punched holes in her exsisting one. Now no country will let her in with her emergency passport.

Can her mom get her a passport in the US and ship it to her? Is there anyway around this?
