For those who work from home. Do you prefer silence, music or are you happy to have the TV on?

I go between music, lighthearted podcasts and terrible reality TV that lets you zone in and out. I don't like silence, it's harder to concentrate in. Anyone else struggle to work in silence?

Ever since moving to hybrid work, my coworkers are always complaining about how much they hate their jobs, how much of a hassle it is to travel or work from home. How can you be expected to do your job when you're just so far away from everything?
