Amex offer-Manager-Risk Management.

Amex people thoughts on this offer, as I have recently(4 months back) joined a startup with Base(33) and CTC(35.5) but not enjoying the work here. Amex brand tag and culture is good.
Hence, considering the offer, does this offer look good or is there any scope of improvement? Amex American Express

Just an alternative to consider — my parents could not afford spring break trips when I was younger, and usually had to work that week (but a lot of my classmates went on fun trips over spring break). Instead, we spent a week at my grandparents house (they lived about 30 minutes away from us). They took me and my sister to museums and on fun day trips and we slept over at their house. Some days we just did puzzles and played card games and it was honestly an amazing week and I really cherish those memories.
We don't, but that's only because our youngest is two years old and traveling anywhere with her sounds like a nightmare right now. I think once she's 4 years old and her sister is 9 we'll start going on spring break trips. Should be much more manageable then.
Not usually but this year we are going to an all inclusive resort in Mexico. This is my splurge as it's my son's senior year and a big number birthday for me. A two for one celebration. I tried to avoid any spring breaker destinations as that would be pure insanity. Anyone else going anywhere with your family?

As kids get older, it gets easier to travel with them. But typically go to see family
I usually don’t go anywhere but starting to find that all the families at school are taking trips etc. my youngest is under 4 and a terror, so traveling is not that fun right now
When my children were in grade school, my husband and I took them on holiday to relatives in Florida. This way, we did not have to pay for a place to stay. We went to Disney World and Universal Studios. They had a ball. Now that my last child is going to be a senior in college, my husband is planning to retire, and I will reach a larger milestone in age, we plan to head to Hawaii next year.
Not this time. Scary due to measles outbreak
