Bill full time, given it's time spent away from your other clients.
You charge for travel all the way to the hotel for the night and the travel time to the pitch. If you go out to dinner, you charge for that. Basically, anytime you are available to the team, and every mile you travel, you bill for.

Wonderful. How awesome!!!!
Yes you should charge for travel days for sure. Some people say to do half day rate but I disagree. These days a travel day can be more stressful than a work day! Then in general (not specific to travel) on weekends I charge 1.5x for one day and 2x if there is a consecutive 2nd day (but I’ll just keep the entire weekend at 1.5x if they pushback on the 2x).
When I do it I use common sense. I charge for some of my time in the air flying but usually knock off a few hours especially if it’s a smaller company. I usually charge 1/2 days when flying.
Weekend is double for me.
I did. I change time and a half for over 40hrs

Yes you charge them for the flights, uber, food, luggage, WiFi on the plane, hotel, etc..
Your weekend rate should be at LEAST 1.5X your normal rate. That’s the standard. But you can do whatever you like.
Coach
Weekends/holidays/after hours are 1.5x. That’s the standard. It’s all how YOU negotiate your contract.
Yeah, you’re working. Charge the days.
