Getting ready to pitch a plan for consulting services to be offered by our firm. I have initial thoughts for what I've seen as a need in our market. Is there one or two things that you wish your clients would work with accounting consultants to improve? Or if you are working at a company, one or two things that you struggle with when it comes to closing your books timely every month, being prepared for audits, or even information you struggle to get out of your system in a usable manner?

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. I just realised it now. My doctor has suggested treating depression (I was also unaware of this) with Wellbutrin first (contd)
