I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

GMAT, did Princeton review. Pulled me up from 650 to 720 in 45days. May not be the cheapest though.
Self-studied for the GRE with hand me down materials and did quite well. GMAT seems like it has more nuances. Either way decide early and commit to one.
GRE. GregMat is $5/month
Did you use this program?
I used Target Test Prep for GMAT and found it amazing. I used it before the Verbal section was launched tho, so can only speak for the Math section.
What is affordable?
Can always do self study with books.
Just not paying 1000+
If you’re good test taker: GMAT. If you’re not a good test taker: GRE. MBA programs care more about average GMAT scores when it comes to rankings. So you’ll more likely be admitted with a high GMAT than a high GRE, but you’ll less likely be declined with a low GRE than a low GMAT.
Thank you. I decided to go with the GRE
Magoosh brought my gmat from a 530 to a 700 in about 30 days. Costs around $300 if I remember correctly
GRE similar to SAT in terms of format, so less to learn. GMAT more likely to get you a scholarship if you do well.
