Go with Accenture or this other company? So interesting story, I went through a recruiting company who fill roles for company X that Accenture is sub for. The offer is 200k but benefits pretty awful. Then the Accenture or rather AFS recruiter contacted me about the same role and he said he could refer me too. I did read Accenture benefits and it is a bit better especially 5% 401k marching vs 2000 401k max.

I don't know how much Accenture can pay me but I feel if it is 190+? Advice?
