I’m in Accenture Strategy, but work a lot with these roles. This level is right below Managing Director. If based in our Technology practice, the numbers seem right - but you can always try to push if you’d like, especially with sign on bonus.
The job day to day depends on what clients you’re assigned to, but the ones on my client are pretty busy with S4 HANA implementations. The ones I work with seem generally happy, with some of them being recently promoted to Managing Director.
The best advice I can give is - if you’re looking for something new, if this role advances your career path, and if the numbers align to your future earning goals, then go for it.
For associate director, these numbers look righht..ask for a bit more..
This level is either a step to MD in 2-3 years or a specialized SME that wants to stay at This level and do more SME/delivery work than sales of a typical MD..so decide for yourself and understand during discussions/negotiations
How many yoe
Wow take it probably ask for more
When I was at ACN there was no AD role, it was Sr. Manager. Have they created a new level in between SM and MD?
Yes..last 4-5 years
Seems ok for first year "associate director", I'd ask for 260k base with your YOE.
