Practice with a person. That’s different than just reading.

Books: Cosentino's Case in Point, Barbara Minto's Pyramid Principle
Math: Rocket Blocks (keep in mind that this is math for consulting, will use a lot of "approximately" and "assumption"
Structure: be MECE AF
PEI: have 2-3 stories of each dimension, if your interviewer are not able to extract what he/she wants, they will ask for another story of the same dimension
Case: come clean, ask clarifying questions, show interest for the Client's business, always confirm what does the client wants. Sometimes they will say: "the revenue is down". Ok, but the client wants to increase profit, increase revenue or save in costs?
Also, always asks "how much", will help you down the case. "The Client's revenue is down, what should we be focusing on?" - "do we have any data on how much, and comparing to what year?". This should be asked during clarifying questions.
I'm talking what I learned during my prep, did my final round and I'm waiting for the results. Not a currently employee. Good luck!
Relax and be confident. If you have put in the time/prep, you should be fine. Goodluck!
