Nope that's solid, depending on col. I say bounce.
PA doesn’t pay like it used to. Take it.
You should have already accepted. What are you doing
Definitely worth it to leave now.
leave
Go on get
Its not just pay, but if the rest of the opportunity fits what you're looking for, go for it!

I’m in a very high CoL location, so take this with a grain of salt. There is NO WAY I would have left for anything less than a Manager role in industry l. Promotions are too unpredictable. Now if you’re content with that salary for the next 5 years (not saying it will happen, but I’ve seen it), go for it
Take it
It depends on your ultimate career goals...
Yeah but couldn’t you just assume that If you’re good , ultimately the company will want to keep you and promote you? I keep seeing the “stay till manager” stuff but in reality I feel like companies will want to keep you if you’re a high performer
I see people getting promoted both upwards and laterally at my clients all the time, and for those who don’t get the promotions they want they move on again to different companies. The “stay til manager because you won’t get promoted in industry” mantra is based on outdated norms.
I’m not saying stay until Manager, I’m saying leave for a manger role. If you’re good, you’ll probably get promoted...as long as a role opens up. Depends on the size of the company or if you’re willing to bounce between company’s.
Leave
My bf is in industry and his pay increases have always been a minimum of 12% with a 15-20% bonus each year....not sure why people think you won’t make as much in industry.
