First off, congrats! Second, you’re not leaving soon, you’re leaving in the summer. Remind yourself that you’re doing it less for the company, and more to maintain the great relationships I’m sure you’ve built up in your current role.
Relationship building is a vital skill in consulting as I’m sure you know, and will aid you well during and after your time at MBB. Do it for your people
You’re right, that is a good mindset to have, thank you!
suck it up. you have a job to carry you through. this isn’t hardship
Disagree. Go live your life.
Think about all the hard work you've done for the company and the people you work with. Just think about how the company had helped you and that doing your best within the remaining time you had left with them will be one way of showing your appreciation. Do it for your friends and co-workers.
You shouldn’t work harder than you need to. Do what you NEED to do to get the job done and not screw everyone else over, but no need to break your back, stress out and work long hours when you know you’re leaving
Can’t you leave sooner?
Have to wait until I officially get my grad degree!
