Had a interview this Tuesday and have no heard back yet. Sent the recruiter a thank you email and to pass that along to interviewer. When should I hear back? And if not, when do I follow up?

I am appearing for an interview next week for .Net profile. What should I expect in the interview Resume based questions or DS and Algo related questions?

Anyone else feels that the Talent team at @Mindtree is sshiittyy? They don't give us updates after interviews and hang us in limbo. They don't have the courtesy to respond to messages, calls or emails. Can someone suggest how to highlight this?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

Is it just me or do 90% of the jobs being laid off by big tech sound made up? Many job descriptions with multiple bullet points that all kinda revolve around the same idea. I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly. We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?
