Had an interview with Delta Airlines recently. I completed all rounds of the interview process. The recruiter said they’d have an “update on the interview process” by end of week. I emailed them on Friday to follow up and they said:

“Are you available for a phone call on Monday to discuss the next steps for the role?”

What could this mean? Trying to look at this objectively and not to get too optimistic so I’m equally excited and nervous about this call tomorrow.

How do you for sure if big 4 is not for you?

Can I export a list with all emails I sent for the month? I would like to use it to compare to my billed time to make sure I don’t miss anything. Usually I go through my sent inbox but it has so much extra info so it’s not a quick scan. Plus outlook does weird things sometimes like combines conversations so I only see most recent sent item in that convo. Alternatively, do you have a good way confirming you caught all of your email time?

What is the salary range for a non IT business analyst working for a healthcare company?

How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?
