Our son won the cat lottery 2 years ago when he adopted this guy, and God blessed me with the privilege to care for him over a year ago while our son finishes school. Working from home in customer support provides so much flexibility as a stay at home mom. I can take care of the home, my babies and work without feeling guilty ….talk about mutli-tasking!

Just got a new kitten. We already had a cat that is 4 years old. She has never hissed ever in the two years we had her and now she hisses at the new kitten. We are doing slow introductions between doors and things like that, but there seems to be very little improvement. Any other tips or tricks anyone can provide?

So I just moved states. I’m staying with a parent for a while in a pretty large house and my cat keeps hiding for hours on end (I think to snooze). Any thoughts? She’s spent time with me and I walked around with her while she explores. And she’s ventured solo. Seemed she’s warming up well. Except this again. I admit it’s giving me horrible anxiety that she won’t respond at all until I locate her because even I’m learning where things are and want her to be safe. This is the third time 😭

My problem with this bowl is it makes me want one of each kind of cat I see here and I have neither the space nor the budget!
