Accenture - interviewing for Asset Management - Consultant. Coming from industry, made it onto ‘Skills Interview’ website makes it out to be an in-depth resume review. Any additional info on the process. Also, any tips moving forward in interview process, especially given industry - consulting transition. Thanks!

My group laughed at someone who did this. It doesn’t show initiative, it shows that you’re wildly out of step with norms.

No but even if it's not a good idea, atleast the interviewers will remember you and they'll see you as someone who takes initiative and thinks outside the box😂 let me know how it goes
I wouldn't say a pitch deck. Depending on what you do, you could put together a portfolio
E. G. When I was working in GIS I did have an extract of maps and products I had made that I would offer to share with interviewers. The same would apply to graphic design, service designers etc obviously depending on the confidentiality of the work and whether it could be shared. I wouldn't pitch YOU as a person - I would maybe pitch YOUR WORK, context dependant, because for you as a person there should be culture fit interviews etc.
It was also an offer, that I made in the interview - if they would like to see it, not something I just shared automatically.
