Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

I only flew with Delta. I think they’re doing a great job with what they’re given and haven’t heard anything negative on the news unlike AA
Flew on United to Tokyo last week. There were about 40 passengers total on a 787 so pretty good social distancing lol
Southwest. No sitting in middle seats (unless you’re together), boarding 10 ppl at a time, limited interaction w flight attendants
I flew Delta back in July and was impressed with how they handled everything. I am based in CLT and have status with AA, but likely won’t choose to fly with them for awhile based on how they are operating.
Love Delta even more during these times, very impressed.
Spirit - planes are jammed packed, no temp checks pre boarding
I’ve heard American is not taking this the way they should and unfortunately living on DFW that’s about the only option
JetBlue. No middle seat assignments, masks required, and snacks were in prepackaged ziplock bags
Flew United on a transcon and Southwest on the way back. United was a bit better - just less crowded experience but I flew on a Tuesday and in first. Southwest had open middles but I didn’t love only water as a choice and most food options closed at MDW despite the terminal being fairly crowded. Either sound way better than AA. I’m ready to travel again.
I flew Delta and United. Delta was much superior given the blocked seats and altered service from the flight attendants. United had packed full flights in a packed full terminal and sort of normal drink cart service. Both provide a sanitizing wipe upon boarding. Delta was charging much higher prices and seem to be betting people will pay to feel safer and have more space. United was dirt cheap and seems to be betting people will fly when the price is right.
