Has anyone mortgaged rental property through their business? How difficult was it to get business credit to have the mortgage under the business or did you apply personally and then transfer it under a business name?

I have been DCAing over the last few months on binance and then moving the tokens to my Celsius wallet.

It has become really difficult to keep track of the actual cost of the tokens and profit/loss.

Any software or app recommendations, I am almost inclined to start an excel spreadsheet to keep track now

I thought the answer is yes but now double checking. Can we write off the interest we pay on our primary residence mortgage?

How might I start to evaluate whether or not it’s worth it to keep my current primary residence and turn it into a rental, instead of selling and using the cash to roll into the next down payment for our next home?
