I graduated with my MBA in finance in 2020 and began working at a bank as a Management Trainee. 2 years later, I am an assistant to a financial advisor studying to become a financial advisor. However, I have to do this on MY time and not the bank's.

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Don’t want to drive 700 miles per week M-F. What will dual model be like going forward? 1-2 times week, 4-5 month? Seems like tax was more flexible than audit pre-Covid

Currently working at a 3rd year analyst at a major bank. Focusing on Corporate Treasury sales for the first 2 years and most recently in e-commerce product development (payment processor). Looking to transition into a product manager role at a tech company where I can work remotely.

I'm currently working as an electrical designer in the MEP industry. I really don't like it and I'm working towards a career change which I'm actively applying for and getting certified etc. However, it's been a slow process and I'm currently underpaid where I am so would it be wise to make a lateral move to another MEP firm simply because they offer me more money while I still look for a different job separate from this field? Just finished my first year in audit. Recruiter reached out to me for a role with a 30% bump in salary. Total comp included it gets closer to 45%. I actually enjoyed my first year and especially being done with busy season now feeling pretty good. Not at all actively looking to leave, but just looking for advice on if I would be crazy for not pursuing an opportunity for so much more money at least a little further. According to California Law, employers must pay unused vacation. Each year, we are given 33 days of holidays, no accrual. I was just laid off and my employer only paid half of my vacation because it’s mid year. Is this legal?

In hibob it says I had 32.5 days accrued.
