Make it impact focused! Just because it’s a short internship doesn’t make it invaluable. For example, “Maintained accurate compliant resource files, records, and documents for 400+ employees”. “ Enhance employee engagement by 67% by implementing staff development programs such as employee recognition, and career development.” I would still add the internship even though it was years ago
