Exercise/sex/weed, any of these 3 should help.
I like to do low doses of melatonin as mentioned above by mck, however a few studies have shown if you do this for a long time it can mess with your body's natural melatonin production, so be cognizant of that.
Have you tried more natural methods? I differ from it too and have found that teas really help me. My SO swears by taking a valerian root tablet before bed when stressed or mind is racing. Also try meditation or calming your mind with positive thoughts or a nice walk before bedtime

Agree on the above, and try the sleep with me app. I sometimes put on a podcast on low volume when I go to bed (sports in my case) to tune out my mind trying to think of all the things I need to do etc. and I also write down all the things I need to do so I don't need to think about it when going to bed.
Do oh think your insomnia could be triggered by something? Under any stress or anxiety?
Melatonin, it does the body good.
Agreed, always schedule an off week every 3-4 weeks (IME)
