Has anyone successfully cleared an Al-based interview? It sounds like the process is frustrating. It feels like companies rely too much on Al interviews for technical round and only speak to candidates after that round. My ex colleague has had a bad experience with a big tech company’s Al interview, it kept flagging him even when he was looking at the screen.
How do you go about AI interviews?

Used to be a data engineer during the initial part of my career and was very hands on with SQL, shell scripting, etc. however, not anymore with the new technologies like cloud, Python, and other data analytics tools/technologies. Did an interview yesterday that was supposed to be behavioral, but turned out to be more like the case interviews I did in undergrad. I think I showed off my business knowledge, but he kept harping on my lack of an official framework (vs me saying "I'd explore it from different stakeholder perspectives: customer, line employee, management"); pretty sure he considered it a failure. I’m interviewing for an EA (not your typical role) to a serial entrepreneur/CEO who is also interviewing for a Chief of Staff. They have mentioned I would make a great CoS based on my prev experience & could see me being a COO in the next 10 yrs. After playing back our last meet, I realise the CEO was trying to tease out of me/get me to probe on interest for CoS role. I am interested but also don’t want to talk myself out of the EA role as I really want to work for this individual – advice pls?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.
