(either after leaving the country after finding a role via consular processing or within via change of status) are there any complications while switching from b2 to existing h1b via a new employer petition?

How long would it take for my PERM to get approved if it was filed today? I did go on the website and check processing times. Realistically speaking can anyone share how long your PERM took to get approved if it was filed this year??
