Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

How did they contact you? It sounds like you may be talking to a scammer pretending to be from there.
LinkedIn. The guy seems legit and sent legit links afterwards. But it all seems like an overkill, I've gone thru the Amazon process and it's kind of similar. But they're not Amazon.
Love Toptal. It cleared up my facial warts.
Update: what a waste of time. The recruiter from the other side of the world didn't even know what a copywriter is, thought it was just about writing emails and SEO.
