Do you have an emergency fund outside the 150k? If not I would set some aside for that and invest it all now. If you are not comfortable with that just do it over a few months. Really boils down to what you are comfortable with
Our savings started as a e-fund and just kind of grew it too aggressively last year. I feel comfortable leaving a 100k in there and slowly invest the rest. Just wanted to hear what others would do in my situation.

You don’t have to withdraw to DCA index funds on Vanguard. It just takes it weekly and you can skip when you want. I put in 1.5k/week. You may want to do an initial deposit to cut down that 150k for time in market start, then DCA from there.
