Can anyone tell me what the salary range is for Monitor Deloitte senior consultants in the UAE? Also I have a SC offer from PwC healthcare (not strategy &) and currently also interviewing with Monitor so according to you all which of the two is better across WLB, growth, culture, quality? Thanks!

Today it was technical telephonic round from Accenture. Previous to this there was telephonic conversation with HR. So, today the technical round was good. Going in as SM means you’re primed to fail. Going in as experienced manager gives you time.
That’s a pretty huge “only adjustment” there. You’ll be on the clock to build a book with no established client relationships and no internal network. Experienced manager gives you a little time to meet some clients and learn your internal network before the clock starts ticking.
If $ is all the same, I would take DT. The title will not matter in 2 years from now.

In the Bay Area PWC and EY are a bit stronger (depending on specialty). May want to consider shopping those two as well.

Why is the comp for GT the same as the rest when your role would be for SM? If I’m not mistaken you should be getting a lot more from GT…..
