Anyone noticed that with aerobic / cardio exercises it gets more difficult to focus? It is like my mind a TV and someone else gets the remote and goes through every channel every 30 seconds or so

How do you manage your own expectations while staying motivated to hit the gym? As a smaller guy, I’m struggling to reconcile the things I can and can’t change about my body and not get discouraged.

My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?

There’s no excuse that by the age of 25 you have never tried therapy. I’m speaking directly to the demographic in this group who I’m sure over 95% of people in here are earning 6 figures. Key word: TRY. I understand it’s not for everyone but to have never even attempted seeking therapy is a injustice to yourself and the people around you.

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. What's the biggest health myth you've heard that you'd like to bust? Mine is that supplements are always a healthier option than prescription or OTC meds. A lot of the supplements on the shelf contain all types of unnatural ingredients and can still be harmful depending on the dosage.

I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. I think people will become enraged or indifferent enough to allow the federal government to take over healthcare. How many times do we see people getting free prescriptions via government coverage that drive better cars than we do?
