My managers are the reason i have stress and anxiety. If i tell them any of this they will either say suck it up and go back to work and/or use it as another reason in a long list of “reasons” to fire me.

How to approach this situation with your company? Sometimes, companies, when they get to know these things, end up laying off people too after a period of time stating "without cause".
The sad truth
I've had times when I was struggling with anxiety, but I just handled it myself. I never seriously considered mentioning it to my manager. It's just something that comes and goes and it's not worth making it into an issue with the people I work for.

Yeah, I do. Luckily, my employer takes mental health seriously.. And in particular, my crew does too. We're all very close, and look out for each other. We all know the stress of this job, and the immense pressure felt. Also, around 15-20 yrs ago, my crews apprentice committed suicide. Nobody talks about it, but it happened.

I enjoy to work I would have mental health issues if I get time off
Hahahaha
Yes I have. My job is intense with long hours. Vacations typically help me but my team is very respectful of boundaries

Yep I sure have OP. I ended up going out on FMLA to take some time and get my mental health in order and take care of myself. I honestly just approached my manager and said that I had been struggling and really needed some time off. She was very understanding and helped me get the numbers for the resources that I needed. Its not nearly as scary as it seems and putting your mental health first is so so important

Safe to say I think everyone has at some point had a struggle point with mental health. At my office we have wellness spaces which are closed off and you can go in there and collect yourself no questions asked and I think that is really goood

I've dealt with those mental problems, however my manager and workplace are what caused those issues but I didn't look at a healthy way to solve them aside from taking walks and going to the gym.
I do have a friend whose mental health was declining and even had blood pressure concerns due to work stress. He told me he broke down crying when he spoke to the worksite nurse. Fast forward some years and he's helped bring mental awareness to his workplace and they now taking it more seriously and now have counseling. He's said many people in the workplace have thanked him because he inspired them to get help mentally and physically. He even had a speech at the yearly gathering for corporate and executives.
