I have been trying to find out additional sources of income apart from the salary. It would be great if you all can suggest some ideas
P.S. I am not good at trading/investing in stock markets

First time investing:

1) When I sell my stocks and have capital gains, how much do I pay in taxes? %?
2) Are Boeing shares worth it?

Didn’t invest in LTC early on, it went down to 260 today - worth pulling the plug on it?

I started investing in January 2021 with a current portfolio of 40:60 across Mutual Funds ad stocks. The MF portfolio is giving my a current return of around 10% cumulative whereas the stocks are giving around 6% cumulative.

Not sure how to get the game right.

Qualified Dividends: I’m expecting $650-$750 qualified dividend in 2021. Salary and base about $250 total. Questions: what tax rate will the qualified dividend be taxed at? The 15% or 20%? Let’s say you have two young, high income partners in a couple who want to buy a house together but don’t really care to get married. They already live together in an apartment but both want to move to a house to build equity and have a yard, not share walls, etc. Should one partner buy the house and the other pays rent until they get married, or should they get a mortgage together without being married? I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?
Other options I'm considering are SBI life, HDFC life which offices are available in my locality.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.
