Hello all. Recently left an agency position to go back to freelance. Have an idea for a promotional thing to agencies as an experienced freelance copywriter, an ad-industry-specific promo I want to do and need a reality check. When you present concepts (i.e. ad concepts, websites, etc.,) do you use fake body copy? If so, what are the names you call that fake copy? I really need advice. I’ve been in my current role for a couple years and I’m just so defeated. I am good at my job. I work so hard and I’m so undervalued and unappreciated. My work is scrutinized to a degree that no one else experiences (I could give concrete examples of other people delivering design work that haven’t met BASIC design principles and it’s gotten approved) compared to me where I frequently get feedback that somehow makes my work worse but I just comply because it’s not (1/2)

I just finished an interview in Amazon for a non-tech role and I was told I am "inclined" for the role. Does anybody have tips at this stage?

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!
