Im a C at 110. OP, I've put together over the past two years that the pay band for SC is massive, and there is some overlap with the top of the C pay band and bottom of the M band.
OP - exp hire or CCP from GM? I'd say 10% at most, but that's basically a WAG. They typically don't give a big adjustment - so I wouldn't expect to jump up to a post MBA SC equivalent salary for example.
More like 100k-115k for non-MBA but 120k with enough experience isn't a stretch; 145k is spot on w/ MBA

@P1 - You may apply and interview; and if you are the best fit for the role you applied for then you may get extended an offer and if said offer is suitable then yes; you may jump fam
