Hello Everyone,
I am a fresher with over 9+ months of experience as a Data Engineer at Tata Consultancy .
I just needed some suggestions from you experienced folks.🙏
In my current project my colleagues have over 6+ years of experience and are not very supportive and scold me for unnecessary reasons, which is effecting my mental health.😔
Also I am not getting to learn anything.

That's a hard one to nail because there are so many variables. My gut instinct is that your undergraduate degree should be enough to get you in a low-tier position in supply chain and you can "earn your degree" from the School of Experience and Success for future advancement. Having an advanced degree in SCM would certainly be an advantage after you've "paid your dues" for a few years, but taking time off to pursue that degree would result in a couple of graduating classes jumping in front of you in line for those positions -- not to mention incurring debt and reducing income during that time. You need to conduct a risk-benefit analysis. Also talk to someone in supply chain at your company and your HR rep to learn more about the opportunities in that field.
