I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

I would say for her to let the company know that she cannot go due to being at risk (pre existing condition) and document her reasonings in an email to her manager.
My dad is also in his 60s and is at risk. If his work forced him to go in, I know he’d refuse and fight it. Thankfully, his work is super understanding.
There’s no requirement for staff to be there **** ^^^
I think it’s incredibly stupid for her to go and them to have this in-person convention during a global pandemic. Should she lawyer up and document everything in case she gets sick? Should she just refuse to go and if she’s fired sue the company? Horrible situation but I can’t really figure out the best course of action and would love some communal brainpower
Yup, document as much as possible and lawyer up if the company/association is pushing for her to go.
Something I just thought of...see if she can get her medical provider to write a note saying that she should not attend this conference. That would hold a good bit of weight.
