I’ve been actively exploring new job opportunities over the past month through Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, and Cutshort. Despite consistently applying, I haven’t been receiving many interview calls or getting enough visibility.

I’d appreciate any suggestions on what I might be doing differently or improving in my approach. Also, if you know of any other effective job portals or hiring platforms, I’d be grateful for your recommendations.

So I'm in a weird space at the moment. I've been interviewing with a lot of agencies in the past couple of months, and I keep getting the same response of "I need more agency experience." How am I supposed to get that experience if one of the things holding me back is not having enough agency experience?

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

Any tips (serious please) for resumes? Have been with the same company since I graduated over 15 yrs ago. Looking for a job is a bit the unknown. Any tips will be greatly appreciated. Also, Any tips when applying to jobs via LinkedIn?

I have just joined an organization and agreed for night shift. I thought I could manage it as I have done it earlier.
I realized that it wouldn't suit now as I see a lot of backlash from my 2yrs old boy. I have a feeling that it might have a wrong impact on him.

I think this generation has finally understood that it's not worth preparing for govt jobs like UPSC, RBI, SEBI, SSC job, even state PCS.

Earlier they used to sacrifice important 3-4-5 yrs for such jobs but now people want to work more in Corporate rather than wasting their lives for such govt jobs which doesn't even have any significant future as compared to an IT job.

Is this true or people are still running after these govt jobs? I can see the mindset shift from Govt to Corporate jobs.
