Hello fam, looking for any advice that I could receive. How important is family backing important in marriages? The person that I’m dating is a self made man with no financial support from parents. Not having a financial backing is glorified a lot by my parents which I understand that it comes from a place of concern. I wanted to have an opinion of what my peers feel- so please be kind 🙏🏻

Need your suggestions, today as i was going through tinder app I found one girl whose phone, designation was mentioned on the profile and I did swipe right. Later on I just went to Linkedin and checked with Name and designation , and to my luck I found the exact profile, I am able to verify the profile because the photo on tinder and Linkedin matches. So should i message her on linkedin that I saw her profile on tinder and hence reaching out here?

FML. I’ve been dating someone for 8 months and have been having doubts about the longevity of the relationship. This week he tells me he is thinking about leaving our city and working remotely. Curious what anyone thinks about cologne? Is it a turn on? I am not really into it.. but I just got a whiff of this dude at the gym and the cologne did something to me 🥰 It was really subtle. I have got offer from CTS and doing pre-onboarding formalities. As part of BGV the are asking to fill HR Manager name and contact numbers. And as for the interest amount in the Savings Account and Fixed Deposits, do both fall under "Income from Interest"? Or under "Other Income"? Or does Interest amount in Savings account fall under "Interest from Deposits - 80TTA"?

Hello fellow desi consultants,
I am currently working for Deloitte USA. I got a transfer offer to Deloitte Canada office. I have 2.5 years work experience and a bachelors degree. When i was calculating my CSR score for express entry it came to be around 418, assuming I’ll score the highest band in IELTS. Does anyone know if Deloitte Canada does LMIA for transfer hires like me? I am not sure if having a job offer helps unless the company files for LMIA.
