I’ve done several hirevue interviews and they usually aren’t industry specific. Expect pretty generic questions like:
1. Why Delta Airlines?
2. At Delta Airlines, one of our values is X. Explain why you are a good fit with this value.
3. Share a time when you had to complete a project with a tight deadline/multiple stakeholders.
4. As part of this position, you will need to handle difficult conversations. Share a time when you had to handle a difficult conversation.
Thanks for sharing these! I hope it goes well!
Just emphasize your skills that relate to every question they ask. Practice your interview questions out of order so you can adapt on the fly. Try not to have carbon copy answers to things like strengths and weaknesses. I agree that it will be more generic than you think.
