I have 8 yrs of exp and have offer from Citi, TransUnion and HSBC. All offering more and less similar to 28 LPA. For TU it is 23 FIxed and 3.5 LPA variable pay. For Citi and HSBC it is almost similar to 28LPA. Which one be better to join considering WLB, technology stack and learning curve?

Forget WLB if you opt for Citi ! Job security is good and pay is good. HSBC have better wlb
Would you give little more clarification, like working time, weekends, and micromanaging pls
More details on exact roles on each company is required ; however WLB , Job security , culture is good at Citi;
The HR department is not Upto mark but if your hiring manager is able to sync with you - take citi !
Also ask for Joining bonus politely ! And if they deny you can share these offers in hand ! Politely ! But it’s a risky pitch!

WLB is a joke in citi in most of the projects !
Been at HSBC for more than 5 yrs. WLB is pretty good for most of the teams. However, there are few bad pockets, largely due to inefficient managers. So, do your research accordingly.
In general, USA based banks have poor WLB with very few exceptions.
