Hello Fishes, I recently got an offer from EY with Senior Con - 3 designation (band 4). Yoe is 7 years. (BE Tier 2+MBA Tier 1)
My mba batchmates who had got placed at Deloitte and PwC 5 years back, where made Sen Con two years ago and are now at Manager position.
My question- Am i offered the correct designation according to my profile? when would I be made manager at EY India? Please provide your insight.

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/
