Hello friends, I am a VLSI Design and Verification but I'm not satisfied with my current CTC too low but I have completed my Bachelor's got late because of COVID, then i choose the PG Diploma Course in VLSI Design and Verification field for filling my career gap, but haven't placed in good company because I have below 60% in bachelor's it's exactly 58%, in my current company I held the 1.5 years of experience, can anyone suggest me to get better opportunities in this critical situation.

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.
