Recently I took IJP and my manager in this project is very arrogant. He says that u need to finish the task today itself and cannot log off before then, while taking leaves as well he has issues, like ur leaves can not be approved and we will discuss later on leaves.

He always see issues in everything.

Is there a way that I can look for IJP again even its been only 3 months in the new project.

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?

Just venting here… At WAS for an adjustment interview based on an affirmative asylum and the officer said he’s never done and affirmative adjustment before… and questioned my client when he said that he has never been in proceedings. Officer said “I don’t agree with that, I think you *have* been in proceedings” when we submitted the affirmative asylum approval and I had to show that to him smh. Why aren’t they training these officers 😭
