I want to know if it is possible to switch to an accenture strategy from accenture operations. How can we approach someone for this kind of switch or has anyone done this from moving to a different entity within accenture? I want to into strategy and some tips, referrals and help would be a great thing for me. Thank you.

Any experienced senior managers that have moved between Big 4 firms? Can you speak towards your experience, any struggles, and opportunities in terms of partner promotion? Frankly, EY path to partner seems to be too clouded (long pipeline, no clear direction/path, uncertainty on promotion cycles, etc.) at the moment and I would like to visit all options. Does industry have billable hours? At the big 4, we are required to work a certain number of hours each week and if we spend too much time on anything we are questioned on why it took so long. Is that a thing when you go in industry?
