I'm a B.com graduate, worked in operations for 3.5 years and moved to a technical role within the same company because I have always been passionate about tech. I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.

I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done. I would take a pay cut to work for a system that's actually trying to do something disruptive in the Industry as opposed to just using buzz words in ppt.

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it.
