2500 hours??????? You have a problem and it is NOT your salary.
My salary isn’t a problem. Funny how ppl assume this after reading a simple question! My requirement is 2200 but I’m going to hit 3000 this year because I’m a boss. Stay in your lane!

I'm guessing not enough!
Never enough. Why settle?
My guess is 130k for a 6 yr Insurance Litigation attorney before bonus. If you were in my market I would guess less. But am assuming a higher cost of living in Delaware.
I think that’s a fair guess. I’m a fourth year. Base salary 100k plus bonus in insurance defense.
2500 hours? There is not a sufficient salary for that kind of Faustian bargain.
It’s inherent in the billable hour system that tasks that take less than a whole time increment are still billed at the whole increment and that equals productivity if you’re really tracking everything you are doing.

2500 hours in ID, 120 including bonus.

220k with bonus
When I was in insurance defense in central Florida I made $120 as a fifth year before bonus (fifth year attorney but only second year in that practice area) Billables were 2100 hours.
