Help! Need HR advice… a friend of mine has a problem at work.

An analyst on his project (she is his jr but not his direct report) accused him of making her lie to the client. The misunderstanding was over whether something was to be considered a change request or fix. She went and logged an HR complaint against him.

He is totally shocked. He would never advise anyone to lie or mislead his clients. He’s never had any trust issues in his 30+ yr career w/ his clients/teams.

What should he do?

How do you handle rude clinicians in the workplace? I always have an attending talking down to me.

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...
Idk how to let go of this :/ Thoughts?

I have been working in an interim role as a portfolio manager. I was promised that the role would be mine. However, after doing the job for 2 months, I have been advised that we might not get the funding for the role and I might not get the raise and the title but my responsibilities will be the same.

Its a political minefield.
