Can’t wait
I don't have info for promotees and those serving notice.
UPDATE: If you're on your notice period, you won't get the Feb bonus. If you decide to stay, you will.
:)
Hikes both in feb and June ? What does this exactly mean?
Well it’s kinda clear to some sub-OPs.
Nothing has been communicated to any of the Advisory OPs.
Hi. Thanks for this info. I am totally new to this so asking. If I am on my notice period in June, will I get a bigger paycheck and bonus for that month too?
Also, which one do you expect to be bigger? The hikes and bonus in Feb or the ones in June?
Is this applicable to both Advisory & Consulting? Or just Consulting?
I'm from Consulting, don't have info about other Services Lines.
What's the deal for Consultant joined in January this year?
If you've joined before 20th Jan 2021, you'll get the payout.
You sure about this or giving a clarity regarding the speculation?
Seconding OP. I was in the CBO call, and they mentioned that SCs and up would only get bonus in feb
Hikes for analysts joining mid year in 2020 as well? Sounds unlikely considering batch of 2019 needs a salary correction as it is
Makes sense. Thanks OP. Appreciate it!
This is true..most OPs are communicating the same. Hike in Feb is only till C level to adjust for higher campus salaries.
It remains to be seen if SC, M and SM promoted in Aug 2020 also get some hike or not. Slight possibility is some OPs.
Rest - only small bonus. No hike in Feb.
@D3 - Which OP & SL?
