What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

Hmmm. I work at Edelman though I'm pretty plugged into industry and what gets said about us. It's no secret that the culture attracts A type personalities and over achievers and that navigating politics can require skill. That said politics are everywhere. I've worked at several other agencies and overall have found Edelman's culture to be positive and focused on people in comparison.
Am in NY and promise I'm not spinning this--it's a great culture (at least in our office) but also a verrrrry matrixed organization which makes for complexity and swirl. And echoing Strategy Director, lots of Type A personalities. Fast, ambitious, hard-charging. But not toxic or cutthroat.
Well, I'll tell you culture at Ketchum is amazing. Some of the best people around. Refreshing in a world where we are fighting for nickels from clients.
Depends on where you are. Suspect it varies by market - Edelman wins awards for culture in plenty of places. Funnily enough, FH has a terrible reputation for culture where I am.
@Exec VP 1 ooh, do tell what market!
