How much salary can I get from Deloitte US India with 2.2 years of experience in business analyst for consulting position? My current package is 4.50 LPA. I hold an offer for 10 LPA already with some fortune 500 firm. Also, i am about to get promoted in current organisation.

Over the last couple of months I’ve interviewed for a number of jobs and made it to second and third round interviews but never got an offer. My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. Ive got three interviews coming up and l am wondering how I can improve my chances of getting an offer. Any ideas are welcome. I need a new job like yesterday.

Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
