Hey guys! So I have a Top Secret Clearance and recently joined Amazon in a position that doesn’t require it. Would Amazon offer to host my clearance considering that they are looking for multiple people with this type of clearance? I’m open to cleared work but was hired for a commercial Strategy and just not sure if I should bring it up? Thought?

Hi fishies, I am currently working as a Manager at Accenture for one of their MDM project. I have received an offer from Axtria. I have asked for 40% hike on my current CTC. There is no WLB in my current project, hence considering Axtria. If someone can help me understand the work culture in Axtria especially in BI segment.

So many rounds, sometimes I feel it is a bit of overkill and just lengthens the process.
Yes. I am feeling the same. When I asked about the total number of interview rounds, he informed a minimum of 6 rounds. I have gone through the Written round, Senior Associate, Director, Vice President and Executive Director rounds. Now I am just curious, if someone clears all these many rounds, who comes next to take the 6th round ? Managing Director?
But jokes are apart, it seems you are in Morgan Stanley. Which role are you in?
Guys, guess I was selected 2 weeks back for the MRM (Model Risk) team in MS, so I can share my experience with you all.
They usually have around min.6 sometimes 7 rounds of interview for the Model Risk role, last might be from NewYork and/or London basis upon your earlier rounds of interviews. I had 7 rounds of interview, then was given the post, usually, you can assume if you last round of interview is with the HR (they call it a Technical HR round and for me it was just a telephonic conversation), you can be sure enough that you are selected.
For me after 5 rounds, they kept me on hold, 2 weeks passed, again they told me still interested then they had a discussion with the London counterpart, after which the HR round.
I'm unable to understand why they take so many rounds one after another and keep you in waitlist.
I hope I was able to answer your query here.
Hey Buddy. It's awesome to hear from you and I can relate to you so well. Even my 5th round of interview happened on 26th of September. After that I reached out to HR and VP, but no body responded. Literally ghosted me. And just the day before yesterday, I received a call, asking the same question as they asked you,if I am still available for the role.
I said yes. So they are now scheduling my interviews for the Global Hiring Manager.
Also I am for the same team - MRM.
Can you please suggest anything how to prepare for this global interview as this is the final decision round ?
I was rejected after the US ED round so happens
Sure. I will try to. Thank you.
