Been in sales for 7 years (door to door,telecom,BDR,) I interviewed for a closing position and after submitting a demo presentation and 2 mock emails they have moved be forward for the last “wrap up call”. Any tips and advice for this?

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

I’ve been with my company for 8+ yrs, I love my manager and the work I do (engagement, recognition, & wellness programs) but I feel like I’m limiting myself since I have the experience, an HRM degree, and SHRM-CP credentials.

Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

Hi I have asked to be an advisor for a startup. Its in its very early stage pre pre-seed. Its looking like weekly strategy calls and possibly some executional work as well. Like building out a sales process and/or training sales and marketing team members (this might be 1-3hr a week of work).

They are offering 1.5-3.5%. — I am wondering if that’s enough.

In addition to this the founder mentioned that he would like me to consider becoming a co-founder.

Was recently offered comp of 160k with 20% bonus was informed will not receive bonus for 2022 due to time of year (too late based on hiring date) Therefore I'm curious to say if I should be asking for higher salary base or a sign on bonus in lieu of the lack of bonus since I won't be receiving a bonus until 2024 technically?
